I get hot feet. I do a lot of walking and I'm on my feet most of the day...great socks.
These are some of my favorite socks. I've purchased them a handful of times over the past few years and they seem to be made just as well as the first pairs I bought. - Very breathable. - Good amount of cushion without crowding the toe-box. They take more impact when I'm hiking or walking down steep hills (i live in San Francisco) - I can wear them comfortably in my sneakers or my Lowa low-top hikers out and about... - They stay up pretty well (better than most socks that don't use excessive elastic).

Decent Socks But A Tad Tight
These are decent running socks and I very much appreciate how cool they keep my feet. They aren't exceptionally plush; the biggest drawback is that I found them to be a bit snug. They can be difficult to get on, and once I've been running in them, I'm usually ready to take them off as they feel slightly tight. They have been durable, and I would recommend them if they are correctly sized for your feet.

and they kept my feet cool and dry despite hot and humid weather
I purchased these socks to use on a trip to the rainforests in Panama. They are well made and durable, and they kept my feet cool and dry despite hot and humid weather. I've marked down to 4 stars because the size should have fit someone with a feet a full size larger than me, but they were fairly snug on me. The elastic around the top started to dig into my shins after a day of wearing, not super uncomfortable but not pleasant either. As a reference I usually wear an 11 shoe and I bought the larges which should fit to a 12. I will probably purchase more of these in the future, albeit in the larger size. Also, I haven't had any issues with the pilling that others have mentioned, they've been washed many times now and look new.

Super Comfortable Running Sock
These are great running socks. They might be the most comfortable running sock I've ever worn, and I've worn a lot. The foot bed is super soft and the ankle has good compression which I like because I sometimes have calf issues. It does keep my feet cool as well, which I have found difficult and most socks don't do the trick. Made in the USA

PRO or HIKER PRO - Big difference in fit
I am very satisfied with the Wigwam Men's Cool Lite HIKER PRO, either in crew length or quarter length socks. I also wanted crew length socks in gray. Amazon only had stock available in these Wigwam Men's Cool-Lite PRO (notice: not HIKER PRO) Crew Sock. The HIKER family is well padded and fit my 11 shoe size foot perfectly in size Large. The PRO is specified for "Run-Court-Fitness." The PRO has less padding and is much too long in the toe area. Also, size Large. Be cautious of which type of Wigwam sock you order. HIKER PRO or just PRO.

Wigwam Cool-Lite Crew Socks
These Wigwam socks are ok, fit was a little on the small side for me. They are not bulky and would probably make good cycling socks. I prefer the Wigwam gray hiking ones which are thicker and provide a little more padding

Poor quality socks
I wanted these socks for a trip to Europe, where I would use them daily to walk, run, and hike. I have 2 old pair of Ultimax socks that I love. My research lead me to the replacement which appeared to be these Wigwam Cool-Lite Pro socks. I had planned to buy 9 pair if I liked the one pair I ordered. As soon as we received the socks, my wife washed them for me as is my custom. They were washed with a load of other whites, including other socks. These Wigwam socks came out pilled............and not just a little pilled, but a lot. And there was a thread coming out of the sock where it would be on the top of the foot. Point: these $11/pair socks were of very poor quality. I was very disappointed. I returned the socks.

Half good-Half not good
I gave this 2 stars...As the footbed fits great, and is very comfortable. I bought a Medium for women's size 9.5 shoe size. I have 2 other pairs of ANKLE socks from Wigwam...LOVE THEM! These "Crew" socks are super tight and very long in the calf of your leg. Someone would have to weigh 90 pounds for these to be comfortable. I folded the crew part in half to wear for the day. Even then, my leg looked like a mushroom where it was too tight. This is a very bad design in my opinion. I am returning. Sorry Wigwam - -
