Great Reliable Scissors For A Great Price
NO AI. NO GENERIC NONSENSE. Item is actually purchased and used before review. I think these are good quality scissors after putting them through their paces for the last month. They do not rust even when washed and not dried. The cutting action if smooth and the pivot is easy to adjust if needed. Handle grip texture is perfect to use when dry or wet, and is easy to clean with soapy water. My glove size is XL and the handles can easily accommodate my hands without feeling awkward. They can be dropped without anything coming out of alignment or breaking easily. Price is really fantastic, making this a great value for the money ($19.95). Based on my experience with these scissors I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a reliable, low maintenance kitchen scissor.

Not Your Typical "Cheap" Kitchen Shears
These are very high quality kitchen shears. Not the typical junk you will find in most stores. These are made in Germany. Like the saying goes: buy once, cry once. These are super quality shears that will last a lifetime if you take care of them. They feature micro serrations on one side to "grip" what you are cutting and the other side has a smooth, very sharp edge to make precise cuts. I also love that you can pop off the the little red cap. Under it you will find the nut that holds the two side together. By removing the nut, you can give the shears a deep cleaning. I usually do this about once per year. Again, not cheap. But, once you try quality kitchen shears you will never go back.

Great shears - even at twice the price
These are the best kitchen shears I’ve ever had. Sharp and smooth. An excellent deal. Comfortable even for a lefty. I’ve hand washed them many times; after over year of use they still cut and look great.

AllMetalHenkelsTwinsKitchenShearNotPerfectButTheBEST!
All Metal Henkels Twins Kitchen Shear : Not Perfect Blades But The BEST I'd held in my hands! I did read 4-5 reviews here and have to say something after I easily cut turkey through bones with Henkels Twins Shear. My opinion: Before you use them Any Scissors/Shear should be sharpened and reshaped into correct blades' lines. This blades gave me some minimum to reshape and sharpen, so Shear's weight now is 173 gram,- probably ~1g or ~2 g less than it was before. The steel is not the best but enough good for my file to hardly sharpen and even reshape these blades - the secret of reshaping I'd learnt from my father who was professionally-skilled smith-worker with very hard steel. And scissors which he used at our home - were Henkels Twins' ones, which he did bring from Germany when he was there in time of WW2. And he reshaped any other scissors to almost their shape and explained to me why,- just to have the minimum shear-resisting force and resisting twisting torque - then blades cut and shear easier through but not too thin with small angle so blades' edges could withhold their shape without deformation. It's not only the angle of sharpening as a function of distance from the edge so it could go smoothly-streamlined, but blades' shape should be drop-like or wing-like streamlined not only in the perpendicular direction from the blade's edge-line (when that line is straight - it's better than curved line),- but streamlined in other two axial directions too. - Everybody could say that everybody knows that. But why then I'm reshaping yet every scissors and sometimes have to file out more than half of blades' metal. (I'm not talking about chinese scissors which have a good shape but metal is so soft that I have to sharpen blades every time I use them. - In China they probably make their scissors' hardening process at home but it's too much for me. - Some women could take that seriously though I tried to joke - but it's probably one good idea,- if you don't like Henckels Twins Shear. And one woman here doesn't like metal handles,- she's of course right,- as a woman,- but in my man's hands every but one pair of plastic handles happened to be broken in my first use, - only one which withstood my first movement through turkey meat - not bone - happened to be useless because though both plastic rings collapsed too but after I released handles they regained normal ring-shape back! There was no witness but I could do it again though I'm not sure if they could withstand 2nd time. But it's no need to do it because Henckels Twins Shears successfully cut not only through that same piece of turkey but cut through bone too - though with more force - I had to do it with my both hands.) If the makers of these Shears would mold-'wrap' their shears' rings' inside's part with ~1.5 mm thick plastic ~tube ~50mm long - so they have to wider metal rings by 3mm each - so the both holes for fingers stay the same width,- this way it could satisfy that woman who doesn't like metal rings and would whithhold the bones-cutting force but the Shears' width would be 6mm wider. I like metal-only rings and they don't slip out in my hands. Of course for bones you have to sharpen blades before use and I didn't try to cut prior I reshaped and sharpened blades.

Great Shears
These kitchen shears are excellent—solidly built, stay sharp with regular use, and overall are a great set that I’d definitely recommend.

Does not separate or hang properly
Functional but .. 1) unable to separate the shears to sharpen, 2) they're loose and hang open unless you clip them together - a bit of a hazard if hanging from a hook. A disappointing buy from day 1.
