Managerial Accounting: Creating Value in a Dynamic Business Environment 9th Edition

I have to say I was somewhat skeptical of the price of this text (not just Amazon, but everywhere). I'm a relative newbie to accounting, though, and it's been very helpful. The chapters are full of real-life examples and company profiles. There are ethics case studies as well. At the end of each chapter, there's a review of the learning objectives and practice problems. If it's possible to make accounting interesting, this text has done it.

Using this book for a master's class and thankfully it is much more explanatory than many other books I've had for graduate courses. Considering it's been many years since I've approached any type of accounting course this one doesn't force you to double up on remedial resources to grasp the subject matter. The illustrations and examples are not necessarily plentiful or repetitive as and undergrad text would be but they are clear and sufficient.

This is a great book. It's has great explanations and illustrations that make it easy to understand what the author tries to convey.I recommend this book to anyone.

Pretty good book with a cut-and-dry approach to explaining concepts.

Pretty standard accounting book that was required for class. Just like all book publishers these days they love to nickel and dime you for online material that ends up expiring after a short period of time. The professor unfortunately required us to get this, so an expensive class ended up costing more.

I rented this book from Amazon, ofcourse that part was smooth.Book has highlighter marks all over but didnt bother me.Book content is good. overall a happy camper!

I can't even read this book because they chose to use a neon Teal highlight for keywords in text. No matter how I change the brightness I can't read the text easily. Additionally Amazon doesn't offer different colours to see text such as Sepia or Night formats for reading books like this.
